This Sunday

Just a reminder, there is no class tomorrow evening. We start again next Wednesday on the 9th January.

For those looking for something to do post the festive activity, what better way than visiting Didsbury Parsonage. I was responsible for devising and launching their first art exhibition after  the building had been shut for forty years. It was a tremendous success, and Didsbury Parsonage has been putting on exhibitions by local artists ever since.

Julia Walker,  has an exhibition this weekend, that includes several works she has produced at Life Drawing, They are slightly unusual, as she normally uses inks or water colour as opposed to pencil or charcoal.

If you are new to the area, there are also some lovely secluded gardens to wander through, in my  opinion one of the nicest spots in Greater Manchester. I also designed the poster, and plan to be there on Sunday.
